The environmental, local and fair trade charter of Auberge l'Autre Jardin

The charter includes 10 actions. Our hotel is committed towards the environment and pursues the following actions:

1. we organize the separate collection of office papers, newspapers and magazines for recycling (offices, conference halls and rooms);
   
   
2. we organize the separate collection of cardboard for recycling (offices, conference halls and rooms);
   
   
3. we organize the separate collection of glass for recycling (offices, conference halls and rooms);
   
   
4. we undertake the control of our energy and water consumption;
   
   
5. we foster the prioritization of fair trade, ecological or local products;
   
   
6. we are committed to minimize our consumption of paper products or office furnishings;
   
   
7. we are committed to consider the opportunity to develop composting in the coming years;
   
   
8. we are committed to entrust a member of the personnel the responsibility of recycling for a better follow-up;
   
   
9. we inform our customers of the actions taken to foster environmental awareness in our hotel;
   
   
10. all personnel must attend at least once a year an awareness meeting on our policy of environmental awareness.
